Rodina Mikhail was born in Cairo, Egypt; she received her initial education at the College Du Sacre Coeur Du Caire. Upon graduation, she joined the American University In Cairo for cultural Anthropology. In 2000 she moved to the United States and settled in Newark NJ where she attained Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey school of Architecture at NJIT. She currently has a mixed media art practice that experiments with New Media techniques. Her work has been shown in New Jersey, New York City, and Beijing China.
