Ann had always loved watching others draw and create works of art. She would observe and learn from their techniques, and was intrigued by the personal expressions that resulted. She took a variety of art classes that included instruction in metal arts, sculpture, interior design, and ceramics. She found her niche in ceramics and has since been molding, sculpting, and baking her art to fruition. She likens the way she molds the clay with the pressure she applies with her hands to how our Lord molds us through the trials He allows from His hands to our lives. She hopes that through her form of expression, she may always be reminded of the Potter that formed her.
